A leaflet from LBC Radio during a period where it was not a 24 hour station. It launched as a 24hr station but financial pressures led to a cut in broadcast hours. A 24hr schedule resumed in 1978.
Rather than publishing a useful programme schedule they decided to just list what type of programme genres / features you can hear during the week.
CRIME – Live appeals from the Metropolitan Police ‘261 Crimewatch’ at 0831, 1031, 1331, 1631, 1931 and 2331.
MUSIC – The best in stereo classics, 1935 on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The best in stereo jazz, 1935 on Wednesdays. LP of the week, 1835 on Wednesdays. Pete Christie – the Monday Minstrel – 1840 on Mondays. Morning Music every day at 0500.
